Definition of an Issue
During the development of a product or a system, it is normal to encounter failures or defects, commonly referred to as "bugs." A bug is only one example of an issue. An issue is any unsettled matter pertaining to a software product that needs some kind of resolution. Other examples of issues are enhancement requests, documentation errors, and questions. SourceAction provides an easy way to track, manage, and resolve occurrences of all these types of issues.
